Affordable, transparent pricing for comprehensive pediatric primary care – no surprise copays or insurance hassles.
What’s included in your membership:
2 home visits for newborns in the first month of life within 10 miles of our Bend clinic location
Routine childhood well care per AAP guidelines
Unlimited visits for illness and for chronic conditions such as ADHD, diabetes, depression/anxiety, and asthma
In-office labs such as rapid strep testing and urinalysis
Office procedures such as simple laceration repair and ear wax removal
Direct access via phone/text to Dr. Mills, Dr. Broadman, or Cassie from 7 am to 9 pm, 7 days/week, as well as after-hours phone advice for more urgent concerns
Same-day or next-day visits Monday through Friday
Vaccine guidance for routine and travel immunizations
Exceptional pediatric care. Exceptional access. $3-5 a day.
Birth through age 4: $150/month
Age 5-21: $100/month
Family max: $300/month
Enrollment fee: $100 per child / max $150 per family

All families are strongly encouraged to have a free meet-and-greet visit with a provider prior to enrollment to get to know our clinic & services, and to ensure we are a good fit for your family.
How does this compare?
A single sick visit billed to insurance
≈ $25-50 co-pay, plus you may be hit later with bills for deductibles and co-insurance
Urgent Care or ER visit if you can’t get a same-day visit with your own pediatrician

The DPC model works best for families who are seeking a long-term relationship.
You can cancel at any time, but we strongly encourage you to maintain consistent membership so that we can provide the comprehensive services that our clinic is designed for. If you choose to cancel your membership and later restart, re-enrollment will be at the discretion of the clinic and associated with an additional fee.
Financial assistance is available for families who need it. Please reach out to us if you are interested in joining Bend Pediatrics but the fees would present a hardship for your family.
